Jaime is a nerd

Jaime will be picking up her station wagon this evening and joining the ranks of Poindexter, Wilis and Booger! (Revenge of the Nerds)

This of course will only last until Josie arrives and then Jaime will be considered a "soccer mom " which is strangely accurate; Though Josie will not be old enough to play soccer, she is definitely kicking the crap out of jaime's belly!

Jaime's good old days of fast cars and convertibles are over. She is truly saddened by this and stated that she has never dreaded picking up a new car. Please feel free to congradulate Jaim on her new ride. I am sure she will appreciate it.

Honestly though, I want to thank her (publicly) for picking out a car that I wanted her to have! She had her heart set on a Nissan Marano or a Saturn vue which are far more popular and much better looking (in her opinion) but caused a bit of a conflict between us. She took the high road to avoid any unpleasantries with yours truly and decided to pick the 04 Volvo XC-70. I am sure that she will come around and love the car she drives!
